FM GRU Tower Cranes were established in the year 1920. This family run business, FMgru, is situated within the largest industrial location in northern Italy. During the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into a manufacturing and industrial economy, the company was working in the metal structural sector and welded construction industries. FMgru was involved in building bridges for roads, pylons to convey electricity, a wide array of presses, forklifts, prefabrication molds and farming equipments.
The business started crane production in the year 1963. Eventually, the business pooled all of its resources into this one activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest level of specialization in the area of lifting.
Product Line
FMgru presently manufactures and sells 4 different series of tower cranes. These equipments are designed and engineered for various applications and there are units available to cover all construction needs.
FMgru has some really flexible lifting options for smaller companies working on private houses and other smaller buildings. Self-erecting cranes provide 22 to 40 meters jib range and have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity.
Other models comprise topless tower cranes. These cranes have 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are both really adaptable and user friendly. They are suitable for minimizing interferences when there are many cranes working in the same building site.
Saddle-jib tower cranes have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg and a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. There are standard tower cranes which have no over sail restriction and are great for any building or construction project.
Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes by FMgru have a 12000 kg capacity and 50 meter long jibs. These cranes are specially designed to work in restricted locations and on high-rise projects where buildings are found in close proximity to each other.
