The compact size of the Genie AWP Super Series gives the operator the ability to work with the machine as close as 8 centimetres from a wall. The ability to work this closely makes tasks easier without having to use more than one machine to perform a single task. Being the smallest within the industry, the efficiently designed X-pattern outrigger footprint is a common feature that allows the user to operate near the job. These small, lightweight machines could fit through regular-sized doorways. Equipment models up to 9.1 meters, that are the AWP-40S and the AWP-36S units, do not need to be tilted back when going through regular-sized doorways due to the tilt-back frame design. The six-point wheel and caster rocker base system could be maneuvered easily around corners, over bumpy thresholds and over debris. Models are loaded easily onto trucks, also pickup trucks, because of the lightweight design of the machinery and the exclusive rear mast pivot bar. For added versatility and ease of transport, there are tie-down attachment points, an overhead crane attachment point, outrigger storage and forklift pockets included.
Operator controls are easily accessed and user-friendly. Controls on the machines comprise a locking key switch, a dual-activated up/down switch, a low battery indicator and outrigger setup confirmation lights. In the event of a power failure there is an auxiliary platform-lowering feature which allows for descent. This particular feature is standard on all DC and AC models.
The mast system on the Genie is the most durable system around. This patented system is made utilizing aircraft-quality aluminum giving the user peace of mind and comfort through all working heights. Some units have platforms with a ground fault interrupter receptacle for portable use of power tools.
The numerous basic features available on each model are designed to fit the operator's requirements and provide the ability to increase efficiency and safety for all of your application requirements.
