Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production ever since the year 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more accurate placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system provides much more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide a huge range of optional attachments and these telehandlers are available to help you complete your requirements, while being efficient and safe at the worksite. If precision and accuracy are really vital, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you need.
The Future
Numerous attachments have been designed and made in order to make rough terrain lift trucks as efficient as possible. Booms, winches and rotating fork carriages enable the forklift to position materials in a more accurate way. The booms or articulating booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures in order to place loads on interior roof slope settings or in the upper or center floors. New products and attachments are being designed and made all the time and would be available in the future.
A lot of improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. For instance, load-reach management devices could restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled rather than relying on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized in order to know the weight of the load. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The boom's memory would compare the angle and the extension of the boom with the safety limits, when the load is being placed into position. There is a warning system or an essential lock-up device that prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
