Workers must have a positive attitude when they go through training, instead of doing it just because they are required to. You as the employer must help staff know the importance of proper training. Let them know that they can kill or injure not just themselves, but other people, if they make mistakes. It is up to you to make sure that all your workers go through training seriously.
